Where the stock comes from, what the prices mean, and what happens if something isn't right.
Is this authentic?
Yes. Everything comes from overstock and cancelled-order channels — real product from the real brand, almost always still in its box. We don't deal in replicas, and we don't buy anything we can't trace back to a legitimate source.
Then why is it so much cheaper?
Because we buy what retailers over-ordered. A cancelled order, a season that ended, a pallet a shop needs out of the stockroom — that stock has to go somewhere. We buy the lot at a killed margin and pass the gap on.
Nothing here is cheap because it's flawed. Where an item has a scuff or a crushed box, we say so in the listing and price it down further.
Are the crossed-out prices real?
Yes, and it's the whole point of the shop. Where an item is still sold new, the comparison is the manufacturer's retail price. Where it's discontinued, it's the top of the band the item has actually sold for.
We never use someone's asking price as the comparison — an asking price is a wish, not a sale, and using one would inflate the claim into a lie. If there's no honest comparison to draw, the listing shows one price and no strikethrough.
What does "one of each" mean?
Most listings are a single unit in a single size. That's the nature of overflow stock — we buy what exists, not what we'd like to exist.
When a listing says Last pair or Only 2 left, it is literal. Once it's gone we usually can't get it again, even if you ask nicely.
Will you restock my size?
Almost never, and we'd rather tell you that than string you along. Each lot is what it is. If you're after something specific, message us — occasionally it walks through the door and we'll remember you.
What condition is everything in?
Each listing says, in the title as well as the description. Most are new in box. Some are new with a damaged box, which we price down and always state. If a box is missing or has been opened, that's stated too.
If something arrives in worse condition than described, that's on us — message us and we'll put it right.
How fast does it ship?
Orders are dispatched within two business days, and you get tracking as soon as the label is made. Standard delivery usually runs 3–7 business days after that, depending where you are.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship across the United States as standard. For anywhere else, message us before you order and we'll quote it.
Can I return it?
14 days from delivery, unworn, in its original box. Footwear needs to come back in its box, and that box needs to be inside a shipping carton — a shoebox used as the shipping box arrives destroyed and can't be resold.
Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or not what the listing described, in which case we cover it.
A condition flaw was listed. Can I return it for that?
No — that's the reason the price is what it is, and it's disclosed before you buy. What you can always return for is a condition worse than described. That's our error, not a judgement call.

Selling us your overstock
You have stock you need gone. Here's how that conversation usually goes.
What kind of stock do you buy?
Overstock and overflow: cancelled orders, end-of-run, seasonal leftovers, customer returns, damaged-box units, and the pallet that's been in the way since spring. Footwear and streetwear are where we're strongest, but tell us what you have — we'll say plainly if it isn't for us.
What won't you buy?
Replicas, counterfeits, and anything we can't trace to a legitimate source. Not out of squeamishness — our whole pitch to buyers is that the goods are real, and one bad lot would undo that.
Is there a minimum?
We buy by the lot rather than the pair, so single items generally aren't a fit. There's no rigid floor — send what you have and we'll tell you straight away whether it's worth both our time.
Will you take a mixed lot?
Yes. Mixed sizes, mixed styles, mixed brands, mixed condition — that's usually exactly what overflow looks like. You don't need to sort it into neat piles before talking to us.
How do you work out what to pay?
We price the lot, not the pair. What drives the number is what the goods realistically resell for, how fast they'll move, the condition spread, and how much of it there is. Photos and an accurate count get you a real number faster than anything else.
What do you need from me to make an offer?
Roughly: what it is, how many units, what condition, and where it's sitting. Photos of the boxes and labels help enormously. A spreadsheet is ideal but not required — a rough list beats waiting until you've made a perfect one.

Who handles collection and freight?
We do. We collect or arrange freight, so you're not packing and posting it piecemeal. The specifics get agreed with the offer, before anything moves.
How and when do I get paid?
Terms are agreed in writing with the offer, before collection — amount, method and timing all settled up front. We won't ask you to release stock against a vague promise, and you shouldn't accept one from anybody else either.
How quickly will you come back to me?
Within two business days. A person reads these, not an autoresponder.

Buying in bulk
Fifty units and up. What it costs, what you can expect, and what you can't.
What's the minimum for trade pricing?
Fifty units and up gets trade pricing, below what's on the tags. Below that, the site price is the price.
How much below retail does that land?
It moves with the lot — what it is, how much of it you take, and how fast it's moving for us. We quote per enquiry rather than publishing a blanket percentage, because a blanket percentage would be wrong for most lots in both directions.
Do I have to take fifty of one style?
No. Mixed lots are normal and usually smarter — fifty units across a spread of styles and sizes sells through better than fifty identical pairs.
Can I reorder the same thing next month?
Usually not, and it's the one thing to understand before building a shop around us. Stock is one-of-each overflow, so it isn't a catalogue that replenishes. What we can do is tell you what's landing and give you first look.
Who is this for?
Resellers, market stalls, independent shops stocking up, and anyone moving volume who'd rather buy a lot than a pair. You don't need a storefront — you do need to actually want the quantity.
How does shipping work on a bulk order?
Agreed per order. Fifty-plus units doesn't go in a parcel, so freight, timing and cost get settled in writing with the quote rather than calculated at checkout.
Can I resell these?
Yes — that's the point. The goods are genuine and yours to move. We're not an authorised dealer for any brand and don't claim to be, so any platform-specific rules about who may list what are yours to check.
How do I start?
Tell us what you're after and roughly how many. Rough is fine — "mostly men's sneakers, around 200 units" is enough to get a real answer back.
