Where we ship
We ship across the United States. For anywhere else, message us before ordering and we'll quote it.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within two business days. You'll get tracking as soon as the label is created. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on where you are. That estimate is the carrier's, not a guarantee.
Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout on weight and destination before you pay. Any promotional free-shipping threshold is stated on the site at the time.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking stalls for more than seven business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging. We'll open a claim with the carrier and sort it out with you — you don't deal with the carrier yourself.
Wrong address
We ship to the address given at checkout. If it's wrong, tell us before dispatch and we'll change it. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address we can't recover it.
