The short version
14 days from delivery. Unworn, and in its original box.
What we accept
Items returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, undamaged, with all original packaging and tags. Footwear must come back in its box, and the box needs to be inside a shipping carton — a shoebox used as the shipping box arrives damaged and we can't resell it.
What we can't accept
Worn items, items missing their box or tags, and anything altered or damaged after delivery. Items sold explicitly as final sale are stated as such on the listing.
Condition disclosures
A number of our listings are sold as new with a damaged box, open box, or similar. That condition is always stated in the listing title and description, and it isn't grounds for a return on its own — it's the reason the price is what it is. If an item arrives in a condition worse than described, that is our problem and we'll make it right.
How to start one
Message us through the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply within two business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once the return arrives and is checked, we refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or wrongly described.
Return shipping
Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit, or not what the listing described — in which case we cover it.
