These terms cover your use of this store. By ordering you agree to them. Yneck is operated by Envisability LLC.

Products and descriptions

We describe everything as accurately as we can, including condition. Screen colours vary and photography isn't a perfect match for a physical item. Where a listing states a condition — damaged box, open box, no box — that is part of the description and reflected in the price.

Stock

Most listings are a single unit in a single size. Stock can sell out between your adding it to a cart and completing checkout. If we can't fulfil an order we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Comparable prices

Where a struck-through price appears, it is either the manufacturer's retail price for an item still sold new, or the top of the band the item has actually sold for where it is discontinued. It is not an asking price and it is not invented.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We'll tell you if that happens.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it.

Trade enquiries

Submitting a form to buy in bulk or sell us overstock is an enquiry, not a contract. Nothing is agreed until we've both confirmed quantity, condition and price in writing.

Intellectual property

Brand names and trademarks shown on this site belong to their owners and are used to identify the goods we're selling. Yneck is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for any of those brands.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when.
