What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of your order. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us: whatever you put in the form — name, email, and your message, plus any business details on a trade enquiry.
When you browse: standard device and usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order, to answer you, to prevent fraud, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you opt in — to send you email about new stock.
Who we share it with
Our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our payment processors, and the carriers who deliver your parcel. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're in California, that includes the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing — and we won't discriminate against you for exercising them. Email us and we'll action it.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run the store (your cart, your session) and analytics cookies that help us see what's working. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart depends on them.
Children
This store isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
